Q:   I am having trouble logging in. Help?

    A:   Our WebMail system allows you to login in with either your full email address (IE: person@domain.com) or your actual pop3 account name (IE: harry.ext). Please use all lowercase when entering your account name. The password WebMail needs is the same one you would use on your PC's Mail client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc (Assuming you use one of those also).

Q:   I need to reset a password. How can I do this?

    A:   Using our Control Panel gives you full access to manage your account(s). You will be required to know your master Control Panel password. If you do not know your password and you are the main administrative contact for your domain, you will need to call our support staff at (210) 448-7289 and get it reset for you.

    The Control Panel can be found at http://mail.yourdomain.com/siteadmin where "yourdomain.com" is your actual domain name.
